This kind of SF-1S material is based on stainless steel plate, a sintered metal layer on side which is anti-corrosive, and overlaid with low friction coef. Polymer material-PTFE almost, it can be wrapped into bushes and so on. The new composites is a very efficient anti-corrosive bearing material. Effcient anti-corrosive bearing material.
SF-1S is of oil resistant, acid resistant, alkali-resistant and sea-water resistant. Moreover,there is no lead in the PTFE surface layer, and so is particularly fit for bushings in foodstuff machines, alkali flow meters, pumps motion elements in pharmatic machines, printting machines chemical enginearing machines and other ocean industry.
