The machining sector of Starsea has 60 employees, 3,000 square meters production workshop, with more than 50 major equipments of different sizes of CNCs and ordinary lathes, 3 NC milling machines and general milling machines, one high-precision Centerless Grinder (M10200, Processing diameter 10-200), one internal grinder, one surface grinder, two NC Cutting Machines, as well as heat treatments, ultrasonic cleaning machines and other ancillary equipments.
The QC (Quality Control)center of Starsea has one Germany-made(Belec) direct-reading spectrometer, one Explorer07.10.05 three-dimension measuring apparatus(measuring range 700 * 500 * 1000), one UK-made(Bowers) three point- inside micrometers(range 10-200), one platform multi-functional ID&OD measuring apparatus(range 0-750), eight sets of specialized axel sleeve measuring apparatus, as well as more than 500 sets of various types of measuring tools(range 0-1000).
In 2007, the actual delivery of export orders of our company in various types of bronze bearings was about 400 tons. The current processing scope of our company is: various types of bronze bearings, washers and slide plates within 600mm in diameter, 500mm in length, dimensional accuracy level IT6-7 to the highest of level IT4-5.
