Jiashan Starsea Industrial Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1995, now has 10 years of history. The company is located in Yangtze River Delta Central Jiashan, Jiaxing City, which is at the junction of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, with the peripheral environment of economic prosperity and developed transportation. The straight line distance to Shanghai, Hangzhou and Suzhou are all about 100 km.
Starsea Industrial Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer specializing in a variety of bronze and brass alloy bushing products (sliding bushings, bronze plates). Starsea’s "SB" trademark has earned a solid reputation in industrial applications throughout Europe and the US. Since Starsea was founded in 1995 the company has focused on factory-direct business with construction equipment manufacturers in various export markets.
According to the customer's request, we can provide various kinds of bronze, brass bushings, plates and stick products in accordance with DIN, BS, EN (DIN / EN), SS, NS, UNS, SAE standards and Chinese GB standard. The electrolytic copper is the raw material of all our products which are produced through centrifugal casting, continuous casting and extrusion. By now, we have accumulated rich experience in processing materials as CuZn5Sn5Pb5, CuZn25Al5, CuSn10, CuSn12, and other commonly used materials. Meanwhile, the production process of casting, machining and heat treatment of special alloy materials like CuPb10Sn10, CuAl10Ni5Fe4, G3-TF are being perfect. In 2005, our products got the ISO9001, 2000 quality system certification.
